Personalised items such as 1st birthday bibs; personalised bibs and face washers are custom made by special order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that correct details are provided. No refund is offered if you simply change your mind.

Custom made orders will not be commenced until payment is received. Please allow up to 3 days from the time payment is received until your order is posted.

All personalised items will be designed and a proof will be emailed to you before it is placed on the item. You must check this proof carefully, paying particular attention to dates and spelling of any names, and then advise me of any changes.

For all other items, Bibs n Bubs Embroidery will only offer a refund or replacement if the goods are faulty, provided that the customer notifies Bibs n Bubs Embroidery within 5 working days and the goods are returned in the same, new condition as when they were purchased.

The customer is responsible for any postage or associated costs incurred in returning the goods to Bibs n Bubs Embroidery.

Overseas buyers, please note that the delivery time from Australia to International locations is approx 5-10 working days as per the Australia Post Website. This is a guide only. It has been known to take up to 3 weeks to reach some destinations.

Please ensure that you do not leave it to the last minute to purchase an item for a special occasion or event, as I cannot and will not be held responsible for it arriving late.

I have purchased most of my designs from Bunnycup, Designs by JuJu and GG Designs who have allowed me to embroider them onto the bibs and then sell them to you. These designs are not to be copied or reproduced.

PAYPAL is the only form of payment I can accept from International Buyers.

I would prefer Australian Buyers to use Bank Deposit, but Paypal is accepted as well.
